Temporary Cone, Basket, and Plate/Flat type Strainers. Conical & Basket strainers are designed to provide protection for expensive pumps, valves, meters and other mechanical equipments from foreign objects. They are installed between flanges and work as a temporary or permanent filtering devices.
Improvements are provided in this invention relating to a slush cone assembly. The improvements are principally related to an insulating jacket for the slush cone and means for interlocking the jacket with the slush cone. The particular interlocking means take the form of molded plastic members along the outside of the walls of the slush cone and the inside walls of the jacket together with a ...

The set collar side of the bearing goes on toward the upper (large) end of the cone. Tighten the set collar with a punch, and then tighten
The frame should be boxed in at the front frame rails forward of the front suspension crossmember over the stabilizer bar attaching points (Figure 9, page 4-5) to provide adequate stiffness for stabilizer bar loads to be imparted to the chassis. crossmember. of this type are referred to as line filters. Line Filter Construction. A typical line filter is shown in Figure 1-3. It has two major parts--the filter case, or bowl, and the filter head. The bowl holds the head that screws into it. The head has an inlet port, outlet port, and relief valve.
Thanks for your suggestion. I do a lot of old bikes, and finding cones is always a big pain. There is an improvement on this technique, as follows: instead of fixing the cone in a vise, and then grinding on it with a stone, which may not be done very evenly, it is easier to make a fixed rounded grinding surface and then attach the cone to a rotary (drill or dremel tool) to machine it.
1 Abstract The purpose of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Formula Major Qualifying Project (MQP) is to develop a vehicle for entry in competitions.
HS cone crusher is mainly composed of frame, fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring mechanism, bowl type shaft frame and transmission; its auxiliary part is cleaned by electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and hydraulic pressure. The cavity system is composed.
I wanted to keep the chassis as original looking as possible so this required replacing the insides of the filter and Bakelite block capacitors with new caps. Photo 6 documents the restoration of the capacitors and Photo 7 shows the speaker frame, voice-coil and new cone ready for assembly.

This will purposely make the bearing adjustment too loose. Hold cone with cone wrench and tighten locknut fully. Proceed to HUB ADJUSTMENT below. NOTE: For quick-release wheels, it is critical the axle end sit inboard or recessed inside the frame or fork dropout. This allows the quick-release skewer to secure onto the frame or fork end.

broken-out section is sufficient to explain the construction. In the second figure, a half section would have caused the removal of half the keyway. The keyway is preserved by breaking out around it. In this case, the section is limited partly by a break line and partly by a centerline (i.e., break-around keyway). 7-9 Broken-Out Sections

Cup-And-Cone Bearings. The vast majority of bicycle wheels use a type of hub known as "cup and cone", as shown on the right above. This type of hub is easy to service, but requires extremely careful adjustment to reduce friction and extend lifespan. The cups are built into the shell of the hub; the cones are conical nuts that screw onto the axle.
