We both have construction experience, but little metal work experience. We are using aluminum 6061 T6511 3/8" round bar and 6063 T52 3/8" round rod. We are trying to find out how to round the ends in a consistent manner. When we use the bench mount sander, we get inconsistent results. We want to round the ends for appearance and safety.
